needed more. organically we created camp be'chol lashon. diane's daughter, sarah spencer, and i are co-camp directors and we work with kids between the ages of eight to 18. and initially started at one week, moved to two weeks, now is a three-week camp session over in beautiful marshall in northern california. it's great opportunity and we really enjoy programming that helps to educate kids on global judaism and judaism for them right here, right now, right in front of them as well as answering the questions that even we as adults had when we were children. growing up into the east bay area, it was a different experience for me. i had a traditional jewish upbringing. when i went to high school, i went to berkeley where i met sarah spencer who was my counselor at the time. she told me her family recently adopted jonah and they wanted to see if i was interested in being part after study and before we knew it, here we go. when you get to college, you ciewpped of move on to this place where you don't know how -- you kind of move on to this place w
today. darcy spencer is live there tonight with more on what happened and the latest on the investigation for us. darcy? >> reporter: jim, just within the last few minutes prince george's county police released some mug shots of men arrested in connection with one of the incidents. 17-year-old samuel chicas and 15-year-old benjamin chicas and 20-year-old edgar hernandez. all three men live in liverdari. they have been arrested and charged with a restaurant robbery early this morning. first crime happened at 3:00 this morning outside the shanghai cafe. police say three men were arrested for robbing a student outside the restaurant. they say the robbers armed with grass knuckles and a knife took the victim's wallet and iphone. do you walk around route one at night? >> all the time. a lot actually. like from library and back to get food, you know, just things daily. >> reporter: are you going to watch a little closer now? >> a little bit, yeah, definitely. >> reporter: about 1:15 this afternoon police say a student was a victim of an attempted robbery. it happened on the

says the visits should never have happened. news 4's darcy spencer spoke to the boy's mother today about the arrest and what comes next. darcy? >> reporter: imjjim, the little boy's mom is relieved about the arrest but she wants those that allowed this to happen to be accountable. she sat down with an interview as police were still investigating the case. joakim rams charged with first-degree murder in the death of his 15 yelled-year-old son. authorities say the little boy drowned in his home last october. >> i had always dreamed i was going to be dancing with him on his wedding day. and he's never going to have one. >> reporter: this is the little boy's mom. she says after she left rams due to alleged abuse, she fought to keep her son from having unsupervised visits with his father. >> this is something that absolutely could have been prevented. >> she says that the montgomery county family judge grantsed him unsupervised visits. and on the fourth saturday visit she got the call that forever changed her life. >> all i know is i dropped off a healthy little boy that morning. i was
